Family Retreat | Building Family Altars

Join us for a weekend of connection, growth, and encountering God together as families. We are on a journey of becoming Spirit-led, Christ-centered, empowered families who bring lasting transformation to the world around us.

This retreat is designed for families to gather around His presence and take next steps of faith together. We believe God is doing something remarkable in our homes, and this weekend will help galvanize the work the Lord has begun in building family altars—places where His presence is treasured and His voice directs our lives.

All families with children and students, from preschoolers through high schoolers.

• Whole-family sessions
• Parent-specific gatherings
• Engaging kid’s tracks for preschool, elementary, and youth led by dedicated teams

✨ Why Are We Doing This?

Because we believe God is calling our families to become dwelling places of His presence. This retreat is more than a getaway—it’s an opportunity to:

• Strengthen our families in faith
• Experience God together across generations
• Build rhythms that carry into our homes

Cost

$150 per family for full camping package
$70 per family for Saturday Only option (lunch & dinner)

️️️ Campout Details & Schedule

We’ll be setting up camp right on the field, with plenty of on-site amenities to make the weekend fun and comfortable:

• Toilets available on site
• Kids Park for little ones to enjoy
• Pickleball courts for some family fun
• And much more!

It’s the perfect setting to gather, play, and encounter Jesus together as families.

Friday, October 17th

• 6:30 p.m. – Opening Games & Fun
• 7:30 p.m. – Family Prayer & Worship
• 8:30 p.m. – Family Movie Night (King of Kings)
• 9:30 p.m. – Parents’ Campfire Time (optional)
• 10:30 p.m. – Lights Out

Saturday, October 18th

• 7:00 a.m. – Family Devotional Prayer
• 8:00 a.m. – Continental Breakfast (provided)
  • (Saturday-only families, please arrive by 9:00 a.m.)
• 9:00 a.m. – Morning Family Gathering
• 10:00 a.m. – Breakout Sessions (Parents / Kids / Youth)
• 11:30 a.m. – Family Connection Time
• 12:30 p.m. – Lunch (provided)
• 2:00 p.m. – Family Games on the Field
• 3:30–5:30 p.m. – Free Time
• 5:30 p.m. – Dinner
• 6:30 p.m. – Campfire Gathering
• 8:00 p.m. – S’mores
• 8:30 p.m. – Family Game
• 9:00 p.m. – Bedtime in tents / under the stars
• 9:30 p.m. – Parents’ Campfire Time (optional)
• 10:30 p.m. – Lights Out

Sunday, October 19th

• 8:00 a.m. – Continental Breakfast (provided)
• 9:30 a.m. – Check-Out
• 10:00 a.m. – Join us for Church

Important Notes

• Please sign up in advance to reserve your campsite and ensure we have enough food.
• Bring your own tent (or sleep under the stars).
• Bathrooms available; no showers (we’ll be roughing it!).
• Families with special food requirements should bring what they need.
• This campout is for the whole family – no drop-offs. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children.
• Not camping? You’re welcome to stay for all the fun until bedtime.
