We want Mission Team members who lead themselves well. So it’s essential you are living free from addiction, sexual brokenness, immorality and pornography, with a track record of freedom in these areas of at least 1 year. Also our mission team members will be for those bent on transforming culture rather than complaining about culture. It matters that our speech patterns are healthy, so it’s essential you are living without gossip, slander or murmuring towards leaders or others.
